Gîte for up to 12 people in the heart of the vineyards

Perched on the slopes of Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, this large 185 m² gîte welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting. Designed for holidays with family or friends, it offers comfort, space and an exceptional view over the vines and the valley.

The single-storey gîte has a large, fully-equipped self-contained kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter and pod coffee makers, raclette and fondue maker), a bright 45 m² living room with dining area (12 people), lounge with TV, and direct access to an 80 m² south-facing terrace.

On the night side, there are 5 bedrooms on the ground floor: 3 with double beds (160x200), 2 with twin beds (2x90x190), as well as 1 shower room with shower and double washbasin, 1 bathroom with bath + shower and 2 separate WCs. Upstairs: a 6th bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190).

Outside: large terrace with magnificent views over the hillside, the village of St Aubin de Luigné and the vineyards, with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. The 2,000 m² wooded grounds are a delight for young and old alike, with a petanque area to extend the evenings.

Even if it's raining, the basement leisure area is sure to please: table football, table tennis, pool table, darts, cosy TV corner with sofas and Wii console.

You'll be welcomed to a family-run wine estate. The owners will be delighted to share their passion for wine, with tours of the cellar, tastings and direct sales.

Beds made on arrival, utilities and cleaning included. Wi-Fi connection, private parking. Towels not provided. Baby equipment available on request.

In the immediate vicinity: Rochefort-sur-Loire, banks of the Loire, charming villages (La Possonnière, Chalonnes, Béhuard classified UNESCO...). Angers 30 minutes away, Terra Botanica 35 minutes away, Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark 40 minutes away, Puy du Fou 55 minutes away. Numerous footpaths and cycle routes from the gîte. Also at your disposal (if any of you wish to come by camper van), an area with 3 pitches close to the gîte (availability to be checked with the owners).
