Gîte located in the countryside, 35 km from Jard-sur-Mer, 39 km from La Tranche sur Mer and 65 km from Le Puy du Fou.

The house, converted from an old barn, comprises a living room/kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom (1 double bed), a shower room, a WC (adapted for disabled access) and a storage room. Upstairs, a mezzanine (2 single beds), a bedroom (1 double bed) and a shower room/WC. Wifi internet access. Outside, a shaded terrace (table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs) and 500m² of gravelled land. The accommodation is located on the owners' farm (rabbits), and adjoins a future gîte still under construction. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival, towels provided.
Optional: cleaning package: €65/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax: heating based on electricity meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh/day for current consumption) to be paid to the owner.
