The renovation of the house was completed in June 2020. We renovated it using environmentally-friendly materials (hemp lime, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, recycled materials, etc.). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2000m2 garden, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. The house is classified as a 3-star furnished holiday home. It is also in the process of being awarded the "tourisme handicap" label. It is located in a hamlet 2 km from the shops. Close to a wide range of activities (picturesque Yon valley, beaches, leisure parks, Domangère golf course, etc.) Nesmy is in the centre of the Vendée, 30 minutes from the beaches, 1 hour from the Ile de Noirmoutier and the Puy du Fou...
