Spacious 3-bedroom gîte 20 minutes from Laval, in the Mayenne countryside

For a stay in the countryside, without being far from activities or shops, stay at La Boutruchère in La Baconnière. Access via Laval dual carriageway and motorway exits.
The gîte offers a large 33m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and 3 large bedrooms with desk and storage space (2 double beds and 2 single beds) as well as 2 shower rooms, one of which has a bath. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy your meals on the west-facing terrace, under the patio or in the shade of the house! Around the gîte is a field with sheep and many fruit trees. For the children, there are games such as swings and sandboxes, rackets, petanque balls, and for the baby, there is everything from a changing table to a bed with mattress or bars to put on the single bed. 2 adult bicycles on loan.
If you're on a motorbike or a bicycle, you can store your equipment in the patio. Shops are 2.5km away, in the centre of La Baconnière.
For your outings, discover Laval, its castle, its museum, the marina (boat hire by the day, pedalos, bicycles) for a trip down the Mayenne and its towpath, not forgetting the Lumières de Laval in December.
Visit the "cités de caractères", walk the footpaths or take part in the many music festivals in Mayenne.
Local shops are in the centre of La Baconnière (2.5km), including a mini-market and chemist.
