Gîte de Baude

Situated in the Marais Poitevin, the Baude gîte and its swimming pool offers four rooms to welcome friends or family on holiday or for a weekend.

As heritage lovers, we would like to welcome you to an old stone farmhouse from the Marais Poitevin, which we have largely restored ourselves. This detached house is located in the hamlet of Baude in the commune of Montreuil, and our accommodation is nearby.
Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen/laundry room, shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility, wc, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds in each), shower room/wc, bathroom (shower, bath), wc.
Outside: the garden (1200 m² LPO refuge) is enclosed and planted with trees. Private swimming pool (5x10m) with terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue). Large covered outdoor dining area. Adult bikes (no children's bikes), table tennis, children's games. Hiking and cycling from the gîte. Weekends on request in mid and low season (contact us for prices). La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré are 46 km away. Extra charge:
- Oil-fired heating on meter reading.
- Tourist tax payable on site at the end of the stay from 01 January to 31 December for people over 18. 0.90 cts per adult per night.
- Sheets and towels can be hired (included for 2-week rentals). Please let us know before your arrival. Beds made on arrival.
