House renovated in 2023, located in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, 250 m from Plage des Présidents. Access to the house is via the owners' courtyard, with a separate corridor accessible by a few steps leading to the courtyard reserved for the gîte. The gîte comprises a lounge/living room, a kitchen area, a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) and a shower room with WC. Wifi internet access. Outside, a 50 m² courtyard with garden furniture, table, chairs and electric barbecue. Free parking in the street and adjacent streets. All-inclusive price (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning). Additional charge: tourist tax.
