Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room, wc, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room/wc. First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 1 double bed) with bathroom/wc. Beds made up. Wifi internet access. Private enclosed garden of 1000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Children's play area (trampoline, slide). Covered swimming pool (4x10m), shared with the owners and the 2nd gîte, open from June to September, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 6pm. Options :
End-of-stay cleaning: 85€/stay; Sheet hire for 1 or 2 people: 10€/bed/stay; Towel hire: 5€/person/stay.
In addition: Oil heating package: 5€/day (to be paid to the owner). Wood (1st flambé free of charge). Visitor's tax.
