Contemporary house with thatched roof set in 6000 m2 of enclosed grounds planted with trees, with heated swimming pool (11m*5m) from April to the end of September, sleeps a maximum of 15 people (including adults and children), and includes :
Double reception room opening onto south-facing terraceOpen-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (American fridge, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven) with utility room equipped with washing machine/dryer6 bedroomsA mezzanine dormitory (4 single beds convertible into 2 double beds)A relaxation area opening onto the swimming pool2 bathrooms + 2 shower roomsSeparate WCs on ground and first floorsHeated swimming pool with dome (11m*5m) secured by a Ganivelle barrier (accessible and heated from 1 April to 30 September)A petanque courtBaby equipment available: cot, changing table, bath, high chair, etc.

The ground floor of the house is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
