Description of the flat
This delightful 54 square metre one-bedroom apartment, completely renovated in 2016, will seduce you with its bright 30 square metre living room facing the sea with a large table that can easily seat up to 4 people.
There is a sofa bed and a 2BZ 1-seater. If you have friends arriving unexpectedly, we can also provide a folding table for 8 people. This room has a flat-screen TV, DVD player (with around ten DVDs) and CD player.
The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto this large room (fridge with freezer and integrated ice-cube tray, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, traditional mini-oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crepe maker, ....).
The modern bathroom has a large shower and washbasin (with hairdryer).
This quiet room will be a real resting place, as it has a large bed with a new mattress (ORTHOPEDIC by Duvivier) and a large built-in wardrobe (with a large mirror).
A separate WC.
There is also a 12 m² west-facing terrace facing the sea (where you will find a garden table, barbecue and deckchairs), and a smaller terrace (2.5 m²) with a view of the port.
New bedding, pillows and all mattresses are covered with mattress protectors and undersheets.
Other facilities
The flat is equipped with wifi, an iron and ironing board, and a baby kit (cot, potty, high chair) is provided free of charge on request. We also provide shovels, buckets, rakes, etc. for your children (....).
Cleaning products, sponges and tea towels are provided.

The residence has an intercom and a lift.
Direct access to the beach from the building with no road to cross (Beach button in the lift).
The residence is a 10-minute walk from the town centre, where there are 3 markets on the Saint Gilles side and 2 on the Croix de Vie side every week. The area is quiet.

Rental conditions
1) We draw up a contract and ask for a 30% deposit on booking.
2) We are not on site, so we do not rent by the night.
3) We only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
