Jean-Claude and Isabelle welcome you to the grounds of their mill, which still has its mechanism and large wheel. This mill, nestling on the banks of the Orne Saosnoise, is 20 minutes from Le Mans and offers an ideal fishing trail for anglers. The bucolic riverside park is ideal for pike, perch and tench fishing....(fishing licence required).
Only one pet allowed during the stay. Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a lead on the property and never left alone in the gîte. Supplement of 10€ per night for the animal.
In a house separate from the mill, gîte adjoining two other gîtes, with a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area, large flat-screen TV. Storage area with washing machine. Separate WC. Large bedroom with 2 double beds (80cm) and 1 single bed (80cm), dressing room. En-suite shower room with 1 large Italian shower and washbasin. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 double beds (90cm) and 1 BZ convertible (2 people), dressing room, private shower room in the style of a boat cabin with 1 shower, wc, small washbasin and a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) and 1 BZ convertible (2 people), dressing room, private shower room in the style of a boat cabin with 1 shower, wc, small washbasin.
Since the pandemic period, sheets and towels have been put in plastic bags and left in the rooms.

Electric heating at an additional cost to be paid directly to the owner (8 kw free per day).

Several outdoor areas with deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture.
Cleaning charge of €70 compulsory.
Extra person/day option for more than 7 people up to 11 people.
15€ per night to be indicated when booking
A deposit of 500€ must be paid to Gîte de France 48 hours before the start of the rental period.
In the event of non-observance of the recording of the deposit
only a cash payment will be considered and given on arrival when the keys are handed over.
Supplement per animal 10€/day.
