CAMPING LES AMIAUX

Camping**** Les Amiaux is close to the sea, the sandy beaches and local tourist attractions, and is the ideal location for holidays with family or friends. It is an eco-friendly campsite where 300 pitches are available for those with tents or caravans.

The campsite is surrounded by woodland, and is 800m from the beach which is accessed on foot via a dedicated footpath. It’s situated near several protected natural sites: the Pays de Monts forest, the huge beaches and the Breton Vendée marshes. This is a great setting for holidays with children or groups of friends, for a long weekend or longer holiday.

The campsite has plenty of space thanks to the 16 hectares of land and so can offer large pitches (a few are available which are more than 160 m²). There is quiet and privacy.

The site has been developed with an emphasis on ecology. The site has been awarded the ‘Clef Verte’ quality mark since 2012 along with the ‘Accueil Velo’ award since 2013. It has also signed up to the ‘engagé pour une destination durable’ (sustainable tourism) scheme since it began.

The campsite is lively and offers a wide range of sporting activities – the aquagym classes, fitness classes and archery are all led by nationally accredited instructors. There are also various sport facilities such as a gym, multisport court, tennis courts, table-tennis tables and volleyball nets. The campsite is also a partner of the Cote de Lumiere Judo club. Children are certainly not forgotten with a mini-club and playgrounds.

For swimming there are two water parks to choose from. A covered pool and an outdoor pool with water slides.

Finally, the rental accommodation area is relatively new. A third of the accommodation is less than 7 years old thus ensuring comfort and quality equipment.
