La Flèche can be discovered through its rich heritage, but also by exploring its ever-present nature and its river.
The Base de loisirs de la Monnerie welcomes walkers and nature lovers. Swimming is supervised from June to September on the white sandy beach, which has been awarded the "Pavillon Bleu" (Blue Flag) label. There are plenty of activities on offer, including pedalo, paddle and bike hire, and board games. Entertainment is organised in high season.
By bike, take the "Loir et Châteaux" loop starting from the La Flèche leisure centre (29.7 km, easy level). You'll cycle along the River Loir, passing through the Petite Cité de Caractère (small town) of Luché-Pringé and discovering large landscaped estates and the Château de Créans. A great nature outing!
