This 26 m² room has a 180*200cm bed, topped with an iron bed frame, a restored antique low sideboard, a dressing room, small pieces of furniture and armchairs, a television, a WiFi connection and picture frames for a cosy, loving atmosphere.

A private bathroom (5m²) with double washbasins mounted on a piece of furniture that has been salvaged and modified, old antique frames transformed into mirrors, hairdryer, towel dryer, VMC, in a powder grey atmosphere. Separate WC (1.2 m²).

In this room, it was the choice of wallpaper and the purchase of a small canvas depicting a child in front of his desk that determined the atmosphere and the name of the room, "le repos du poète" ("the poet's rest").


Located in the commune of Chavagnes-en-Paillers, in a cul-de-sac on the left bank of the Lac de la Bultière, you'll find a house that's perfect for resting and daydreaming. A warm and friendly atmosphere is our watchword. We're happy to share our human adventure and our taste for well-being. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, the countryside, the lake (60 m from the house), our garden and our animals (goats, sheep, geese, turkeys, hens, dogs and cats).

There's plenty to do on site, including walks (on foot or by bike), fishing, canoeing, cultural visits, horse-riding... Nearby, you'll find even more wildlife, culture and crafts. Come and discover the marvellous Bird City, an ornithological reserve covering 56 hectares.
