Our spacious and bright house, with sight on a 1-hectare park, welcomes you on a safe, closed ground accessible only with entry code.
Large inside parking for your cars.

Being located at the centre of a Le Mans – Laval – Angers triangle, it is only 45 minutes away from each of these cities. A11 motorroad is 5 minutes away, La Flèche 20 minutes.
Visit the monuments, the Châteaux of the Loire Valley and the vines, the museums, the forests (Bercé), the zoo of la Flèche, the typical villages (Asnières), the Sablé-Solesmes Golf, the Waterpark (10 min.)

Our accommodation is suitable for couples with or without children, singles, big families or groups of friends from 2 to 8 people. Maximum 10, upon agreement with the host.
In the centre of the village, you will find commodities very close by: shops, swimming-pool from June to September, tennis court...
The accommodation is a part of the house (90m2 for 8 to 10 people, 60m2 for 2 people)
On the first floor, we have two big rooms:
- One with 4 beds, for up to 6 people, with wardrobe and small table.
- One private room, with double bed, wardrobe, desk, bathroom, separate toilet, loggia, living room area, television, balcony with view on the park.
On the ground floor, you will find the dining room with a door opening directly to the patio for your meals, a fitted kitchen is also at your disposal.
WIFI is free and available in every room.
Outside: boules pitch, volleyball, cabin in a tree and swings for kids.
