Sainte-Sabine church, in Sainte-Sabine-sur-Longève, has very ancient foundations, probably dating back to the 11th or 12th century. Although it has been altered over the centuries, it retains the solid architecture characteristic of the Romanesque period. Inside, the church houses a wealth of furnishings, including a 17th-century altarpiece that is an important example of Counter-Reformation religious art in the region.
