Eglise Notre-Dame de la Chapelle-du-Genêt

At the heart of the commune, the church has witnessed many family events and local festivals.

The current church was built in neo-classical style in 1834. It was restored in 1923 and 1997.

Step inside the church and discover the superb overturned ship's hull roof.

Near the church (in the old cemetery) is a venerable yew tree with a trunk measuring 4
m 25 in circumference. According to tradition, it was planted in the 15th century. Parish
mention it as early as 1621.
