MAISON GUEFFIER

Built in 1807, the Maison Gueffier, named after its former owner, is the last of the buildings constructed in adobe when the new town was created to speed up work and house the first civil servants.

Acquired by the town in 1997, the fully restored house became a cultural facility dedicated to writing and literature, managed by the Scène nationale Le grand R.
