This residence was listed in the Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques (Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments) by order of the Prefect of the Pays de la Loire Region on 11 April 1990.

Members of the public are admitted to the park, which allows them to see the listed parts, i.e. the facades and roofs of the château and the orangery.
