High quality fresh produce forms the basis of this restaurant’s reputation. Local fish and seafood specialities, with fresh ingredients that come direct from local wholesale markets in St Gilles Croix de Vie, Noirmoutier or Sables d’Olonne.
You can try fish couscous, giant king prawns, seafood platters, mussels and seafood tagliatelle.
Meat lovers are not forgotten with lamb shanks and fillet of French beef on offer.
There is a range of desserts each more delicious than the last. The chef has created an original dessert made from mogettes (local white beans) which is a must to try!

Local Montoise specialities:
The Chef, Raphael Rabiller uses the traditional "Maraichine" recipe for fried eels and you can try this all year round. It was during a meeting with a local maraichin that he was shown and learned the secrets of this recipe.
The Chef added his own enthusiasm to the traditional mogette (white beans) recipe in order to produce an amazing dessert which is called "Fantaisie Gourmande": it’s a bean sauce made with a kamok (local coffee liqueur) sorbet served with cooked mogettes.
