Located in the heart of downtown Pornic, just behind the quay of the old port of Pornic, the chocolate and fuchsia storefront of Retz attracts your curiosity. You read the map and already salivate. The chef offers simple and traditional cuisine with good, well-designed dishes using fresh, seasonal products, in association with local producers. He matches, for example, the Curé Nantais cheese with his butcher's piece.
