In a Zen setting, the chef offers a varied choice of products from organic farming every day, based on 2 menus: Detox and Ayurvedic.

Fruit salad, sesame arugula salad, soy cream vegetables, lemon zest soup, green pepper compote.
Example detox / slimming menu:
Gosmasio velouté, fish of the day and its stew of sweet potatoes with walnuts & pineapple soup.
