The 45 Bis bar-restaurant is a traditional 100% in-house brasserie-style restaurant.
Our culinary speciality: fresh homemade pasta.
We're also committed to an anti-gaspi approach, recovering unwanted fruit and vegetables in collaboration with local, committed partners.
We welcome you in a friendly and cocooning place from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm to share a moment with friends or family and from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm to come and treat yourself.
But 45 Bis will also be a place of support and apprenticeship for people on the margins of employment. By working in our restaurant, we are proving that the skills of these people are real and that they can be transferred to another professional context.
