A zen break for the festive season.This workshop takes place in a yurt at La Folie de Finfarine in Poiroux from 2pm to 5.15pm.
Price: €25 per person.
An opportunity to discover or deepen your postural yoga, as well as experimenting with the different pranayama (yogic breaths).
Glass of friendship and snack at the end of the afternoon. Maximum 8 mats.
Open to beginners.
