Ferme du Marais Champs

Located in Villeneuve-en-Retz between the marsh and the bocage, the Ferme du Marais Champs cheese dairy makes cheese and dairy products.

In the farm shop, you'll find local produce with the great taste of the Pays de Retz. The famous Tomme du Marais is made from the raw milk of 55 cows, who feed on fresh grass from the pastures for 10 months of the year and hay in winter. You'll also find the delicious sausage, made from pigs reared on the farm. The secret of this incomparable flavour is their feed, based on whey from the cheese dairy.

The team of 2 partners (Stéphanie and Guylain) and 4 employees (Romane, Frédéric, Romaric and Olivier) share strong common values that you can taste when you taste their products: quality, authenticity and respect for the environment.

The good organic products made at the Ferme du Marais Champs


Dairy products: tasty Breton marsh tomme, fromage frais, creamy crème fraîche, farmhouse faisselle and raw milk. These delicacies are made using milk from the farm.
Red meat and pork parcels: roasts, entrecôtes, rump steaks, ribs, escalopes, sausages, hocks, bacon and black pudding. The practical tip: all meat packets are vacuum-packed and ready to freeze.
