Discovering an authentic marshland
Set up in 1999, Sel de Vie welcomes you from April to September to the Etoile salt marsh in St Hilaire de Riez to help you discover the harvesting of this white gold. The shop on the marsh has always sold our salt and a wide range of by-products and other products.Over time we have adapted the site to welcome our visitors. Today, we feel it's important to be able to welcome our customers all year round.
That's why, in 2019, we opened our new shop "La Main à Sel par Sel de Vie" at 8 impasse de la fraignaie 85800 Le Fenouiller.
Open all year round, this new site offers you the chance to see our film "Ainsi s'écoule le temps dans nos marais salants", which retraces the cycles of salt production.
Duration of the film: 20 min.
The new shop also features our coarse salt, fleur de sel, spices, salicorne and our range of mustard, vinegar, caramels and gift boxes.
