My name is Margot and I set up my own mushroom production business in Ruillé-Froid-Fonds. I mainly grow Shiitake mushrooms, also known as "longevity mushrooms".
I'd like to welcome you to the heart of my mushroom farm to introduce you to two varieties of organically-grown mushrooms: Pleurote and Shiitaké, also known as longevity mushrooms.Recently installed (January 2021), I produce Shiitake and Oyster Mushrooms in a cellar that respects humidity conditions and a constant temperature.
