Clos sur Loir Cottage - Jardin Yuccas

The Gite Jardin Yuccas is a charming and unusual accommodation in the heart of a small village in the Vallée du Loir, surrounded by forests, a 4-minute walk from the river, 5 minutes from the Château du Lude and close to the Zoo de la Flèche. The village is at the crossroads of 2 French regions.

The owners of Le Jardin Yuccas welcome you with simplicity and care for a moment of leisure and relaxation. Le Jardin Yuccas is a small, charming gîte with a brocante feel in the heart of the touristy Loir Valley. The accommodation is located on the first floor of a detached house with an unoccupied ground floor and can sleep 2 to 3 people (2 adults with a child or baby). It has completely independent access. For a restful stay, it has a small garden with deckchairs and barbecue dedicated to the gîte's travellers, as well as an ornamental garden with an outdoor lounge that is shared with the owner's garden.

Description of the rooms in the Jardin Yuccas gîte:
- 1 living room with sofa/bed ideal for a child or teenager (70 cm wide)
- 1 large bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180x200 cm) or two single beds (90x200 cm), free use of a cot and baby accessories if required.
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen/dining room
- 1 bathroom with washbasin, shower and w.c.

Connected TV, WIFI and free parking at the foot of the gîte or in the village square. Bicycles can be provided free of charge for bucolic rides through the valleys.
A fire room with a traditional Angevine fireplace, Finnish sauna with shower room and herbal tea room, and laundry facilities are located on the ground floor of the house. These facilities can occasionally be shared with travellers from the Jardin Renard gîte.
