LES FÉODALES DE CLAIRBOIS

Take your family back to the Middle Ages in a fortified farmhouse recreated as it was in the 13th century.

Whether you’re a history buff or simply looking for a fun day out with family or friends, the Féodales de Clairbois is an event not to be missed.

Set against a unique backdrop, around the keep of the Mesnie de la Ferté Clairbois, step back in time.
Entertainment, encampments, equestrian displays and historical re-enactments will give you a glimpse into life on a 13th-century fortified farm.

Three troupes will showcase everyday life in the 13th and 14th centuries at their camps: the Ost du Vieux Grimoire, the Compagnie Pontcastel and the Crocs de Loup (fire-making, peasant tools, embroidery, archery, etc.).

Axe throwing, percussion and juggling by the Lames de Neustrie, performed by the Brocoli Circus.
A presentation of the ‘leus’ on Saturday at 3.15 pm and an equestrian games show on Sunday at 3.30 pm with the Centaure riders.
The tavern, Dame Brigitte’s fouées and the Clairbois shop will welcome visitors.
