Come and enjoy a tasting experience in the company of Sophie, Sommelier for over 20 years. After a number of experiences in Michelin-starred restaurants (La Marine in L'Herbaudière 3*, The Capital in London 2*, The Fat Duck in England 3*, Le Vallon de Valrugues 1* in Saint Rémy de Provence, ...) and in prestigious cellars, she settled in Sallertaine in 2020 after running her own restaurant "Le Vers de Vin" in Challans. Without snobbery, but with precision, sensitivity and enthusiasm, she will share her favourites with you.

The aim of this workshop is to awaken your senses, particularly your sense of smell and taste, structure your olfactory memory, help you talk about and describe a wine more precisely, and discover the major families of aromas.
You'll be given fun aroma recognition tests.
After tasting 6 wines blind, we'll share your impressions over an aperitif board.
