BRUMES ET LUMIERES DU MARAIS

Following the series of talks entitled ‘The Painters of the Breton Marshes of the Vendée’, a themed exhibition will take place in the town council chamber. In ‘Mists and Light of the Marshes’, discover works by illustrious artists such as Lansyer, Palvadeau, Dolbeau and Le Roux… a real feast for the eyes! Discover how 19th-century artists viewed the Breton marshes of the Vendée: ranging from melancholy and joy to scenes of everyday life, the paintings are diverse.

The town hall has received loans from private individuals, Mr Yvon Drouet and Mrs Thérèse Clavier.
