On the seafront, in the Sennetière oyster-farming area in La Bernerie, the 1001 dégustations establishment offers delicious oyster and seafood tastings.

As well as oysters, les 1001 dégustations offers a variety of seafood and local wines to accompany your tasting.

Stéphanie Moulin and her son Tiéphen are at the helm of the family-run establishment Les 1001 dégustations. Her husband Frédéric Moulin and their son Samüel run the oyster farm Les mille et une huitres.
The 4 of them are passionate about the sea and gastronomy, and raise and select top-quality oysters to delight visitors.
