Very quickly, Parné smoked trout was adopted by restaurants in the Mayenne region.
Our products are sold in the region's supermarkets and hypermarkets, as well as by the Pétrossian group, famous for its caviar.
The Ouette fish farm continues the traditional method developed by its founder, Claude Rémon. The trout are smoked over a wood fire and the fillets are sliced with a knife. No preservatives are added.

Fishing: Nearby, three ponds ranging in size from 600 to 1,500 m² have been laid out for anglers to enjoy a day of trout fishing and relaxation with family and friends.
Barbecue, shelter for 70 people and picnic tables are available.
