Discover the farm in the Saint Flour valley where Justine, Alexia and Benoît raise dairy cows and turn their milk into cheese.
HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified, Justine, Alexia and Benoît favour practices that preserve the natural ecosystem.Their aim is to be self-sufficient, and to reduce energy consumption and the use of plant protection products.
Their cows graze as much as possible, and since early 2023 their milk has been processed in the "Lait Gourmandises" cheese dairy.
The trio will be delighted to welcome you to their farm.
You can buy their cheeses in the farm shop, which is open on Wednesday afternoons from 4pm to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm, or from the vending machine, which is open continuously on the farm.
