This 11km hiking trail is signposted in purple and is suitable for bikes and horses.
This walk will take you on a tour of the most beautiful aspects of the Mauges countryside, while also introducing you to places steeped in history. The first part of the trail takes you on a bucolic stroll along the river Beuvron, ending at the Château de la Morinière.The second part takes you to a place that is the stuff of dreams for lovers of Vendée history, a sunken path straight out of the stories of the Vendée wars: the "Chemin des Canons" used by the Republicans.
