Circuit de randonnée : Sur les traces de Robrica

A hilly, wooded route through archaeological remains.

An 8.3 km trail of archaeological remains along a wooded, undulating route. Located on the left bank of the Loire, downstream from Saumur, Chênehutte-les-Tuffeaux is an ancient Gallo-Roman village and one of the most important archaeological sites in Maine-et-Loire. Discoveries made on the plateau provide evidence of human presence in the Neolithic period (4500 to 4000 BC).
