LE FIL DE SOI - ESPACE BIEN-ETRE

For 28 years, LE FIL DE SOI has been offering workshops in Art-Yoga and Self Pedagogy in Centred Language (LCCU). These are holistic well-being workshops that enable people to experience themselves as a whole, to get to know themselves better, to improve their health, to relax and to enrich themselves by discovering a Centred Language that is constructive with themselves and others, while developing their creativity and their sensitivity to animals and nature.
The tools used are :
* Intuitive, guided Mandala drawing known as Mandala-Grapho-Therapy,
* Biorhythmic Yoga-Dance
* Yoga of the Vowels
* Yoga-Mandala of the Letters of Being, with body-painting on the hands, face, neck, feet and ankles, according to the individual.
* Biorhythmic Yoga-Respiration
* Body-and-Graphic" Centred Language Poetry
* SON'OR meditation with sounds and harmonic voices by Oriana-Brigitte HEYDEL, with crystal bowl, Tibetan bowl, Inès, Jew's harp, tubular harp, chimes, xylophone.
* Animal and nature communication.

In Liez, 3 km from Maillezais, the ART-YOGA workshops and courses take place in a beautiful, light-filled, panelled 100 m2 space surrounded by nature.
