The horse reveals our way of relating to others, opening our eyes to our own patterns of behaviour that dictate our personal and professional lives.Accompanied by a coach, the bond with the horse helps to develop self-confidence, respect for oneself and others, affection, empathy, confidence, success, responsibility, assertiveness, communication skills, self-control and many other life resources.
Caval Coaching offers you the chance to discover yourself thanks to two types of service for young and old alike, with no level of riding required:
- Guided meditation on horseback: After a Qi Gong in the heart of nature, let yourself be carried away by the rhythm of the horse and follow a guided meditation with breathing and emotional management exercises. On the trails of the Meule, the Vieux Château or on the beach, this timeless moment allows you to reconnect with your senses, gain self-confidence and let go.
- Coaching sessions with the horse: Through the eyes of the horse and in a framework of listening and caring, enjoy a time to get to know yourself better and tackle your day-to-day problems. These sessions enable you to gain self-confidence, develop emotional intelligence and adjust your relationship with yourself and others.
