On the trails of the Meule, the Vieux Château or on the beach, this timeless moment allows you to reconnect with your senses, gain self-confidence and let go.
- Coaching sessions with the horse: Through the eyes of the horse and in a framework of listening and caring, enjoy a time to get to know yourself better and tackle your day-to-day problems.
