Renovation work will be carried out in December to provide our guests with a large, spacious living room overlooking the garden, perfect for group meals and shared moments.

The 1200 m2 garden is enclosed. There's a large wooden terrace, 2 courtyards with a total surface area of 100 m2 for sharing a meal in the shade or playing table tennis, outdoor games and barbecues, garden furniture and deckchairs.

With a total surface area of around 230 m2, the Moulin de Margué estate comprises a dining room, two lounges, two fully-equipped kitchens, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and 6 WCs.

The rooms are distributed as follows:
Ground floor: 2 fully-equipped kitchens (ceramic hob, gas hob, extractor fan, 2 ovens, 2 fridges and 2 freezer compartments, a fridge-freezer is also available in the storeroom in the garden, 2 dishwashers, kettles, toasters, filter coffee maker, raclette machine - 1 dining room ~50m² - 2 WCs.

NIV 1 : 2 living rooms ~22m² with 2 flat-screen TVs - study area - 2 bedrooms ~10m² each with 1 double bed (140x190), washbasin and private shower - 2 separate WCs.
Additional sleeping accommodation in the two convertible sofas.
LEVEL 2 : 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160*200 and a desk - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140*190 - 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90*190 - 1 bed 90*190 installed on the landing - 2 shower rooms with washbasin and shower - 2 separate toilets.

You can take part in a free tour of the farm: feed the rabbits and sheep, collect fresh eggs and discover life on the farm ???? - a simple activity that all families love!

Children can try their hand at fishing thanks to the mill's moat and the equipment provided. You're guaranteed to catch a few fish, making for unforgettable fun!
Real moments of sharing and relaxation, in the heart of the countryside

All shops and services are in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, 6km away.
Château-Gontier also has a marina with boat, kayak, electric boat, paddle and bike hire, a water-ski club, the Carré, a national theatre venue, beautiful gardens, an aquatic area with swimming pool and relaxation area, and of course the Refuge de l'arche, an animal park that takes in abandoned animals or those in need of care (the most visited site in Mayenne).

The Vélo Francette, the Ouistreham / la Rochelle green cycle route, runs alongside the river Mayenne, exploring Laval or heading down towards Angers.
The Musée Robert Tatin, in Cossé le Vivien, is also a must-see in Mayenne, an open-air museum with monumental sculptures and painted works.
For a change of scenery and style, head for Sainte Suzanne - a small town full of character - and the Coëvrons, the canyon of the Saulges caves.
Mayenne is also home to music and theatre festivals.
