The house is in a quiet location, 40 minutes from the Vendée coast and 40 minutes from Le Puy du Fou, ideal for exploring the Vendée or meeting up with family and friends.With almost 200 m² of living space, this large gîte can accommodate up to 14 people.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with a children's play area, a large 70m² open-plan living area with kitchen, dining room and lounge, two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room with shower and double washbasin and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a large dormitory for 8 people, an atypical space under the roof, then a bathroom with toilet and finally a last double bedroom.
Outside, you'll find a terrace, garden furniture tables, a barbecue, a fenced area with a volleyball/badminton net (rackets and balls provided), and a car park.
The gîte is fully equipped with a full kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, towel dryer, TV, free WiFi, baby equipment, etc.
