- two shower rooms and two toilets (1+1 on each level)
- a lounge area opening onto the kitchen with a 2-seater sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player and a hi-fi system.
- laundry room with washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.
For young children, there is a cot, booster seat, changing mat, high chair, potty, baby bouncer, toilet seat adapter and a set of plates, cups and cutlery.
Outside, two armchairs, a 2-seater sofa and a coffee table, garden table and chairs, parasol, wood-fired barbecue, deckchairs.
Situated in a protected area: 18th century house opposite and Château des Granges-Cathus just behind.
5 minutes by car (10 minutes by bike) from all shops (small and large + market), Talmont medieval castle and lake. 15 minutes by car (or 25 minutes by bike) from the beach and estuary of Le Veillon, Port Bourgenay or Jard-sur-Mer. Les Sables d'Olonne station is 30 minutes away and Nantes airport 1 hour 15 minutes.
Bed linen and towels are available for hire, depending on the number of guests.
