Welcome to Segré in Anjou Bleu, on the Angers–Rennes route. You’ll be 1 hour 10 minutes from Rennes and Nantes, 30 minutes from Angers and Châteaubriant, and 1 hour 30 minutes from the coast and Le Mans.

This comfortable 78m² holiday cottage is entirely on one level and designed for easy access for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users.

The entrance opens onto a large 43m² living area featuring a kitchen with a wide range of appliances for meal preparation (Cookéo, Mister Cook, food processor, etc.), a dining area and a lounge. The large bay window leads out onto the terrace and the small garden, which is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The sleeping area comprises two bright bedrooms with ample storage space. The first has a 160x200cm electric bed and the second a 140x190cm bed. The spacious shower room has a vanity unit and a large walk-in shower. Separate toilet.

A garage provides sheltered parking for your car and secure storage for your bicycles.
