Welcome to the villa "L'HIRONDELLE", set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the peaceful little village of Le Vieil.
Small streets lined with low stone walls and pretty fishermen's cottages on the sand - that's Le Vieil's picture postcard.
The village is best explored on foot or by bike, with lane after lane leading down to the beach: Plage de la Madeleine, Plage de Mardi-Gras, Plage de la Clère.

The villa is ideally located just 3 minutes by bike (about 400 m) from these beaches and the centre of Le Vieil, where you'll find a supermarket, tobacconist's, bars and restaurants.
The villa L'HIRONDELLE, rated 4 stars, is a recent house designed by an architect, with a surface area of 138 m². It can accommodate 10 people (family or friends).

When you enter the villa, you'll discover a large 45 m² relaxation area, with its lounge equipped with a large 164 cm flat-screen TV (Wifi, Orange TV and the possibility of connecting to Netflix ...etc ...), and its dining room with 3 south-facing windows, overlooking the landscaped garden, which is fully enclosed and not overlooked, and its swimming pool.
Moving on, you will also discover the fully-equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, Tassimo, toaster, kettle and raclette set for 8 people...
To complete the kitchen, the linen room has storage shelves, a washing machine and a hoover.
From the kitchen, you can access the south-facing wooden terrace, deckchairs and barbecue, or the covered area overlooking the swimming pool from 1 May to 30 September.
The private swimming pool (Length: 8.30ml - Width: 3.80 ml - Depth: 90 cm to 1.40m) faces due south and is secured by an electric roller shutter.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor :
A master suite comprising a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a separate dressing room (shelves and wardrobes) and a separate bathroom.First floor: There is a bathroom with WC and 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and shelving.

One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 2 single bunk beds (80 x 190), each with 2 pillows (60 x 60 cm) and duvets (220 x 240 cm for double duvets).
There is also a 25 m² tiled garage adjoining the house, with an electric sectional gate.
You can park your car here throughout your stay. There is a 2nd parking space in front of the garage gate and a 3rd in the cul-de-sac.

6 adult bicycles are available free of charge throughout your stay to help you discover the Ile de Noirmoutier.
Our friends the dogs and cats can also spend pleasant holidays, accompanied by their Masters, under reserve, after exchange with the owner. Only one animal is accepted. (Animals must be chipped or tattooed, vaccinated and not in categories 1 and 2) - 5€ / night

Cleaning at the end of your stay. (150€ fixed price)
Baby kit (cot and mattress, high chair and bath and potty) for your little ones will be provided free of charge.

- 1 deposit cheque of 1500€ for the rental.
- 1 deposit cheque of 150€ for the cleaning, if you book the cleaning.
