Looking for a cosy spot by the fire with your loved ones? Gîte Milly is the perfect address for lovebirds! Located in Gennes Val de Loire, this little house full of character is the ideal base from which to discover the cultural and natural treasures of our region. Long (and short) walks and cycle rides await you (Milly forest 2 km away, the banks of the Loire and the Loire by bike route 7 km away...). For those with a sweet tooth, there are a number of restaurants specialising in fouées. There are also a number of wine appellations to discover, including Saumur Champigny, Bonnezeaux, Côteau du Layon and Crémant de Loire. Drink in moderation with the local winemakers! For cultural visits, the historic centre of Angers and its Château des Ducs d'Anjou are 40 km away. Saumur, with its famous black frame, château and banks of the Loire, is 15 km away. If you have any ideas for visits, the owner will be delighted to advise you on the treasures of the area!

Situated in a hamlet on the edge of a forest, this typical detached house opens onto a pleasant living room on the ground floor (lounge area, TV, wood-burning stove, study area and separate toilet). Down a few steps is a fitted kitchen in an old vaulted cellar. Upstairs (accessed by a rigid staircase) is a bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed and a shower room with WC.

Outside, a flower-filled private garden with barbecue, garden furniture and various terraces is the perfect place to enjoy sunny days.

There is a separate entrance to the gîte and a parking space for a car. The owners live next door. Bed linen included and bed made on arrival. WIFI internet access (fibre). Pets not allowed. Electricity and heating included in the price. Additional charge: wood at €90 per stere depending on consumption (first flambé free).
