Welcome to the Domaine de la Denerie gite in the heart of the Vendée countryside. This remarkable 17th-century estate includes our main house and the gite. All have been carefully renovated to offer comfort and charm. Our guests have their own front door, terrace and access to the pool area. The property offers uninterrupted views over the park.
The garden gives access to the orchard and a river crossed by a wooden bridge.

We offer accommodation for 8-9 people. It comprises 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor) with 2 single beds (90cm), 2 single beds (80cm) (1 pull-out bed (160cm)), 2 single beds (160cm), 2 bathrooms with large shower and WC, one of which is on the ground floor, 1 bathroom with bath and WC, 1 separate WC on the ground floor, 1 lounge with TV/HTML/Netflix, 1 children's play area with 1 TV/DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor terrace with summer lounge and a large dining table. On-site activities: table tennis, shuffleboard, football, badminton, etc.

With its charm and tranquillity, this gite is an ideal destination for families and friends looking for a retreat in the French countryside. We have neighbours to the rear of the property and ask our guests to respect their privacy and the tranquillity of the area.

The gite is 20 minutes from Vouvant (medieval town), 30 minutes from Natur'zoo in Mervent, its water sports centre and the Pierre Brune park, 30 minutes from the Baron aventure park in Fontenay-le-Comte and the mechanical animals in La Roche-sur-Yon, 35 minutes from Puy du fou, 1 hour from the Château des aventuriers, 1 hour from the Vendée beaches, Nantes and La Rochelle, 1.5 hours from the Futuroscope.

Access by plane from Nantes or La Rochelle airports is 1 hour away. TGV high-speed train stations, including La Roche-Sur-Yon, are 40 minutes away.
A parking space is available on the property for guests of the gite. It is not suitable for camper vans or caravans.
