The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms (1 queensize bed and 2 beds 140 and cupboards), one of which includes an adjoining bathroom. Another shower room is shared by the other two bedrooms. The living room overlooks the landscaped garden and not overlooked with private pool 4.8m x 2.5m, and the large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for beautiful summer evenings. You will enjoy the porch for the jacuzzi.

The sleeping area includes a master suite with its private bathroom and 160*200cm bed, and 2 bedrooms each with a 140*190cm bed. A second bathroom completes this sleeping area.
The living room opens directly onto the landscaped garden and not overlooked with a private swimming pool (with bench and 2 jets) 10m², as well as the large terrace with awning, garden furniture and barbecue for beautiful summer evenings.
You will appreciate the veranda to relax in a real 5-seater jacuzzi
The Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne (bus 600m away or ferryman at Port Olona to get there), the lively pedestrian street, or even the shops located just 500 meters away.
For 6 people + baby.
IDEAL LOCATION for any activity. Easy to get around by bike, on foot, by car and by bus.
