This house can accommodate up to 4 people and is located 900 m from the beach (3 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes on foot) and 500 m from the zoo, casino, Lac de Tanchet and Thalasso.
Nearby shops and supermarkets are within walking distance.

The house comprises :
A beautiful 52m² living room, a convivial space bathed in natural light, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals, with a television, sofa, armchairs, dining table and Marshall speaker.
An unoverlooked sun terrace with table, parasol, garden chairs and barbecue.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: one with a queen-size x 160 cm double bed and storage space. One bedroom with two 80cm single beds (the beds can be glued together if required, and we add a mattress topper for extra comfort).
A bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed (90cm), connected to the bedroom with the double bed.
A bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and towel rail.
Separate toilet.
Secure parking under the courtyard (closed by a garage door).

The house is fully fenced.
