Come and stay in this 15th century house in the small commune of Huillé, between Angers and La Flèche. You'll be 10 minutes from the town of Durtal and all its amenities, and 30 minutes from Angers.

You enter the gîte via the small turret that houses the grand spiral staircase serving the 2 levels of the house.

On the first floor there is a 30m² living room with chaise longue and armchairs, a functional open fireplace and a dining area. Next door is a sitting room with two armchairs and a television with standard channels and some internet channels, and then the fitted kitchen opening onto the garden. The kitchen includes a small fridge, microwave, oven and gas hob. The bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC is also on this level.

Take the large winding staircase up to the second floor, which has two large bedrooms: a first bedroom (20m²) with a double bed (140x190cm), and a second bedroom (16m²) with two single beds (90x190cm).

Outside, access the garden from the kitchen to find the garden furniture, chiliennes and electric griddle. The garden is not fully enclosed.

[BIKING STAY] The banks of the River Loir are just 600m away for cycling or walking. The "Vallée du Loir à vélo" cycle route passes right by the gîte. Nearby attractions include the Château de Durtal, overlooking the Loir, and ceramic workshops in a region renowned for the quality of its clay. The famous terracotta tile factory at Les Rairies is just 10 km away. For leisure activities, take a breath of fresh air in the Forêt de Chambier, just 5 minutes away, or take a dip in the supervised swimming pool in the Loir at Villevèque. You can also take advantage of the many outdoor activities available in Morannes-sur-Sarthe, 20 minutes from the gîte: canoeing, paddle-boarding, bike or rosalie hire, orienteering, etc.
