Detached single-storey house, comprising an entrance hall leading to an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), a living room with fireplace, three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) (one of which has a washbasin), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, a garden with a lovely terrace under the pine trees, garden furniture and barbecue. Situated in a cul-de-sac, 300 m from the beach and 3000 m from the town centre. Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility.
