Lieu-dit "Pont" au Vieux Briollay

This 4-person gîte is 15 minutes from Angers, in a quiet hamlet on a hillside 300m from the River Loir. Do you like tree houses? You'll love the 16m² wooden terrace, almost in the trees, where you can spend long moments enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings.

With a surface area of 35m², the gîte comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area (fridge, combined microwave and oven, gas hob, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.) and two small bedrooms. The first bedroom has two 90cm single beds and the second has a 140cm double bed. The shower room (accessible from the double bedroom - see photo) has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

Please note that you need to climb around 15 steps to reach the house, which is then on one level. You can park your car in the covered car park.

The village of Briollay is just 3 km away and offers a wide range of shops, including a bakery, mini-market, chemist, florist and tobacconist.

The owners (who speak sign language) live next door and will be delighted to help you discover the Anjou region, the Basses Vallées Angevines and its biodiversity. The land is shared with the owners.

Do you like cycling? You can follow the Loir à Vélo cycle route, which passes in front of the gîte and passes through rolling countryside dotted with dams, mills and charming villages along the Loir. The Vallée du Loir à Vélo reaches Angers and continues along the famous Loire à Vélo route. After a good day's cycling, you can store your bikes in the covered area.
