This 30 m² studio, rated 2?, offers you a peaceful setting in the heart of the Vendée countryside.
Set on one level, it enjoys lovely views of the Vendée bocage, in the heart of a peaceful farming hamlet perfect for relaxation.

The property comprises a bright living area combining a modern, fully-fitted kitchen (dishwasher, hob, microwave with grill, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster), a sitting area with a BZ sofa bed (140×190), a TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and toilet).

Unpack your bags and start enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive!
We’ll make up your beds, provide towels and take care of the end-of-stay cleaning.
On request, a high chair, a travel cot and a baby bath can be provided.

On sunny days, make the most of your terrace with its garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol).
When staying in this studio, you can enjoy the hamlet’s communal areas: the garden and the games room are there for you to enjoy lovely moments with family or friends.

Easy access: 3 minutes from junction 29 of the A87 motorway, 12 minutes from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Atlantic coast.
Situated in the Vendée, amidst varied landscapes, our accommodation is located in the hamlet of ‘La Suzelle’ in the commune of La Gaubretière (85), just 3 km from the village centre.
You’ll find all the local shops you need here (bakery, bar and tobacconist, mini-mart, etc.)

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

• Only assistance dogs are permitted.
• Access to a shared washing machine.
• Tourist tax charged per adult

Open all year round.
Available to rent by the week or for short breaks (minimum 2 nights).
July / August => enjoy a 7-night stay for €700, from Saturday to Saturday.
